Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite followup survey completed April 25, 2022, 1 Person at a Time had corrected the deficiencies and was found to be in compliance with the requirements under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a State relicensure survey completed March 9, 2022.
